Gothenburg centre for transport efficiency
 Closer Lindholmen is a new national centre for transport efficiency that will run projects within Green Corridors and develop sustainable solutions for goods and passenger transports. VINNOVA the Swedish Governmental Agency for Innovation Systems has decided to support the effort with four million SEK the first year.

Solar panels at Lindholmspiren 3-5
 Solar panels have been installed on the roof of Lindholmen Science Park's main building. The vision behind the pilot project is that the buildings at Lindholmen will be able to produce their own electricity in the future. The solar cells will provide approximately 17,600 kWh / year.

Gothenburg Film Studios is growing
Gothenburg Film Studios have gathered 45 film related companies in its 10,000 square meter facility north of Lindholmen Science Park's main building.
- This year we have increased the number of companies by 50 percent. We have both one-man companies and larger, more established, companies. During productions we have several hundred extra employees, says Anna Abelius project manager at Gothenburg Film Studios.

Lindholmen Conference Centre Open
 Lindholmen Conference Centre is up and running after Tuesday's incident when a crane fell over the conference hall at Lindholmen. Since only the big conference hall was effected the rest of the conference is open as usual with seating for up to 150 people. Lindholmen Conference Centre offers excellent lunches, dinners, first-class conferences and events in a high-tech environment.

 February 3 - 24 Chalmers' Areas of Advance Nanoscience and Nanotechnology hold an exhibition focusing on nanotechnology impacts on society and future applications. The exhibition can be found at Kuggen's ground floor and is open to anyone interested - general public as well as students, researchers and business people.

New international arenas
 Lindholmen Science Park continue cooperation whitin the Swedish-Brazilian Innovation Center (CISB). During CISB's first annual meeting Lindholmen Science Park was primarily responsible for the new transport and security arenas in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
