Dear <<First Name>>,

Seasons' Greetings! We can't believe that it's nearly Christmas, with the New Year quickly approaching! The holidays are a time to relax with family and friends, but it's no reason to completely let go of your health goals! Our Holiday issue is packed with tips to help you stay healthy this winter, without working too hard ;)

Stumped on gift ideas? Give your friends and family the gift of health with one of our gift certificates, or pick up a copy of one of the two cookbooks we carry - Cook!, features 275 quick and delicious recipes from Dietitians of Canada, while Cooking Vegetarian contains tasty recipes and tips for anyone considering a more plant-based diet, from BC-based dietitian Vesanto Melina and chef Joseph Forest.

Last Monday we had the honour of co-hosting an Interactive Monday with our friends at Casel Marché with the theme of Cooking with Antioxidants! If you missed out, you can recreate the meal in your own home with our recipes for Ginger, Carrot & Yam Soup, Pomegranate Orange Ginger Shrimp, Quinoa à la Med and Fieldberry Croustade. We are hoping to host similar events soon, so keep up to date by following us on Twitter and/or liking us on Facebook!

Finally, the call is still out for your inspiring health, nutrition and weight loss journeys! Email your story to vincci@fitnutconsulting.com and you can be featured in one of our upcoming newsletters! We will all need the extra motivation during the holidays, so we hope to hear from you soon!
