Dear <<First Name>>,
It's Back to School season! After an all-too-short summer of indulgence, many people see the start of the school year as a time for them and their family to get back on track with their health goals. We hope that you will include FitNut in helping you continue on the path to fitness. To that end, we are pleased to introduce two enthusiastic and knowledgeable Registered Dietitians to our team - please give a warm welcome to Devon Guy and Andrea Low! Devon and Andrea are excited to be part of the FitNut team and look forward to helping their clients and their families eat better and adopt healthier lifestyle habits.
This month's issue is chock full of healthy lunch ideas that both kids and adults will enjoy. What are some of your lunch ideas? What did you have in your lunch bag when you were a kid? We'd love to hear from you! Join the discussion on our Facebook page or send us a tweet!
