Another work-year begins and another year when soooooo many will not know where they stand until well maybe even December!!! 
  • For any employee, make sure you have a discussion with your boss every month on where you stand, discuss in detail your expectations/accountabilities, etc. 
  • If you are the leader, ...do your job and provide feedback all year long this year. 
This is a huge morale issue for many companies - impacting productivity, culture, turnover, job satisfaction, stress, etc...isn't that enough to make this important!

Just maybe, in these last few years of tough economics...
