Harvest Time!
This is a very quick update to let everyone know that we will be open this weekend, 3rd and 4th December. The rains have caused some splitting of the cherries but there will be cherries available on a first in-first serve bacis. I would also like to appologise if you have tried to call, the phones have rung off the hook for the past few days and we try to get to everyone but its just not possible. Please visit our website as its is updated regulary with the status of the Cherries season.
Don't forget when planning your trip this year to bring buckets and/or bags to put your cherries in while picking, we do have boxes for final packaging for all your cherries and they are included in the price. As a tip you should also never store cherries in plastic as they will sweat and go mouldy. Always store your cherries in paper bags in a cool dry dark place. Don't forget your cameras and to check in on Facebook and let us know what you thought.
