3. CNO/VP of Clinical Operations (Psy)-Work from HOME, Reports to the Sr. VP of Operations. The position requires a minimum of 5 years behavioral CNO experience with some exposure to the older adult/geriatric population. Multi-facility experience preferred but will consider candidates with experience in larger behavioral hospitals. Some acute medical experience preferred. The position requires 30-40% travel. Responsibilities include development of quality clinical programming, oversight of all clinical operations, program development, and hiring and training of senior clinical leadership at the local level. This position is the front-line operational leader for Inpatient Services (Acute Care, Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing Care), Outpatient Services (Hospital Based Primary Care and Specialty Clinics), ER (Ambulance/Trauma) and Ancillary Services (Lab, Radiology, Pharmacy and Physical/Occupational Therapy). Second, will likely be involved in system’s due diligence efforts for acquisition targets. Pref. Credentials/ Degrees Pref. Years of Exp. BA with 7-10 yrs. as consultant or manager, prefer a combo Focus is on PFS, esp. patient access management as first line and back end revenue cycle as second line in importance. Should have project management experience and work well with IT department; multi-hospital experience NOT mandatory.  Having knowledge of payer contracting, reimbursement, HIM (as part of revenue cycle) and decision support, and/or six sigma a decided plus!
