So another Player Manager record tumbled last week.
Paul Jenkins currently holds the record for highest score of the week with 535 points. That score was posted in a gameweek with 13 fixtures - an average of 41.2 points per fixture. This week,
Charles Pears strode in,
bacon lance aloft, throwing a look more disturbing than
chicks with Steve Buscemi eyes, hitting us up with a score of 419 points - 41.9 per fixture.
Those 419 points sees him leap 10 places up to 2nd in our
Scout League. Joining him as a new entrant in the top 4 of that league is
Nicolas Boutar, up 5.
Mick Wall is hanging on grimly to pole position.
It's not our only league, of course. Our season comp, with a prize pool over £5,000 has Chris Harrison sitting pretty as we turn into the final straight.
